What can I bring into the festival?

Yes Please!

- A lawn chair or blanket

- Snacks and non alcoholic beverages

- Sunscreen, bug spray

- Any children you packed

Where do I pick up my tickets?

If you purchase your tickets online, your name will be on the VIP list at the gate, where you will get your wrist band upon arrival. Didn’t plan ahead and get tickets? No worries, wrist bands will be available at the gate the day of... unless we're sold out, in which case we'll catch you next year!

Where can I stay during the festival?

There is limited free off-grid tent and trailer camping in the field at the Festival grounds! This campsite is first-come, first-served. If you’re looking for camping with hookups, there are a number of municipal campsites which can be found here.

Not in to camping? Stay at any one of the three hotels in town, including our friends at The Stillwater Inn and Suites! Book at The Stillwater and show them your online PVFF ticket confirmation to receive a 10% discount on your room!

Festival Rules

  • No Pets in campground or festival area

  • No Smoking anything on festival grounds, except in designated area. 

  • Zero tolerance for drug use, excessive alcohol consumption, loud and /or aggressive behavior. You will be evicted from the site without a refund. Security and RCMP may be involved.

  • Please help us keep the site clean, use provided recycling bins and appropriate garbage cans

Camping Rules

Camping is free for the weekend!

Camp spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The Camping Field opens @ Noon on Friday the 5th Until 8pm Sunday the 7th.

You will be directed where to park on arrival. 

 

Please obey the following rules:

  • Be Respectful of our land, your neighbours, and yourself!

  • Absolutely no dogs.

  • Bring your own drinking water.

  • Use recycling bins provided for zero waste.

  • No canned music during the festival! This is a live music festival. If you need to hear music away from the stage site, grab a guitar instead.

  • Campfires will depend on the local and regional fire restrictions at the time.

-RVs or tents, closest to stage for those who like to keep the party going afterwards

-please keep noise within reason

-clean up your site before you leave

 

Peaceful Camping

- RVs or tents, furthest from festival grounds (whopping 800 yards)

- meant to be quiet and family friendly

- clean up your site before you leave
