2024 Vendor Application

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at the 2024 Peace Valley Folk Fest in Hudson's Hope BC! We look for vendors that fit the vibe of the festival, and we are excited to showcase your products and/or services.

We require vendors to be set up and ready to go by 4:00 Pm on Friday July 5th, with takedown happening after 3:00 Pm on Sunday July 7th. We close the gate at the end of each night, but there is no festival security through the night so vendors are responsible for securing their own goods. ​

If selected, we will reply to the email with a Vendor Agreement form. Once that is filled out and returned, we consider you booked. We make an effort to advertise all of our vendors in advance, some photos of your goods/services help us promote you!
